Onsite Service Call Charge $ 35.oo
Hourly Technical Fee $ 65.oo
(billed in 1/4 hour increments)
Minimum Outcall Charge 1/2 hour.

Support via Telephone and Remote Computer Control
$ 65.oo/hour in 1/4 hour increments.

(All charges and fees due at time of service)

Prepaid (more than 24 hours in advance) hours qualify for a 10% discount. All clients must sign our "Service Providing Agreement" before any service can be provided.
